"Very disappointing experience at Kisumé. I was questioning myself whether only chef table can be called “customer” in this restaurant.
The service felt rushed and dismissive — staff asked for feedback but walked away before I could answer more. My dishes were served in a strange order (starter tofu came last). The sashimi set was not good — the tuna slices were broken and falling apart. The lobster maki was overloaded with fried ingredients and heavy sauce, making the lobster flavor disappear. Even the bites looked cheap and poorly plated. For a so-called fine dining restaurant, the quality of both food and service was unacceptable. I will not return and would not recommend this place."
