Reviews Summary

Giddy Geisha is celebrated for its incredibly delicious and innovative modern Asian street food, with many hailing it as a top dining spot on the Sunshine Coast. While the food consistently receives high praise, some diners have noted issues with service consistency and cleanliness during busy periods. Despite these occasional drawbacks, the vibrant atmosphere and unique flavors make it a highly recommended destination for food lovers.

"A go-to place for us where we know the food will be good. The curries and pho are fabulous but on this day was really hot so we felt like something light. I ordered the honey chicken. It said it was coated in sesame seeds and wasabi. I actually couldn't taste the wasabi, but the chicken was beautifully tender and the sauce flavorsome.
The edamame is the best I've ever tasted... drenched in browned butter and perfectly seasoned. I order it on every visit and have never been disappointed."

Deborah Susan

"Not my favourite restaurant experience. I expect this place has been too successful for its own good as it was certainly busy but I was underwhelmed.

The food was edible but not extraordinary.

Orders are taken at a central station that required lining up after making choices at your table. It's cost efficient but impersonal. The person taking our orders on the day was cold -- maybe not rude but they had a short attitude; maybe they were having a bad day. There was a mixup with our order that was addressed but it took a few attempts to get right.

The whole experience was disappointing."

Ian Cairns

"Greeted as we walked in the door, no booking on Mother's day.
Got a table pretty quickly.
Order up at the bar for food and drinks, all arrived in good time, plenty tasty"
