"My little daughter attends a homeschool art class next door to White Picket Fence every Wednesday morning and finally today I went in and had breakfast whilst she was in class. I absolutely love it in here. I’ve had coffee before which is delicious, but today I had one of my favourite breakfasts, simple poached eggs and they too were amazing. Cooked to perfection and served so quickly. I think it will be my weekly treat. I also absolutely love how it has been fit out and decorated and the staff are very hospitable."

The team was friendly and attentive, and you can tell they care about creating a great experience.
The menu was full of interesting options, which made it tough to decide! I went with the hashbrowns and poached eggs, it was well made, just not quite my favourite flavour combo. My partner, on the other hand, absolutely enjoyed his dish (an Asian-style one, we didn’t catch the name!) and kept saying how good it was.
Now the highlight for me? The pistachio cookie. I had one… then another! Seriously addictive. I’m already thinking about grabbing one tomorrow!
The coffee was fine, nothing extraordinary, but still a solid cup. And we could see the kitchen was clean, well-organized, and running smoothly.
All in all, White Picket Fence is a spot we’ll definitely return to. Great food, great people, and a space that feels good to be in."

Also had the sweet potato with pork belly. Both dishes were outstanding. Also great service with the chef greeting us as we came past the open kitchen.
