Ironically occupying an old warehouse that was built by Tooheys Brewery in 1885 as a grain and keg storage facility, it boasts 21 taps featuring 100 percent independently-owned and 100 percent Australian-brewed craft beers, ensuring there's not a Tooheys beer in sight.
