Reviews Summary

Bay Vista Parramatta is celebrated for its extensive dessert menu and generous portions, making it a popular spot for sweet cravings and group gatherings. While many praise the quality and variety of desserts, some reviews mention inconsistent service during peak hours and a strict policy against serving tap water. The vibrant atmosphere is a draw, but a few diners have found certain dishes to be average or overpriced, with notable complaints about cold breakfast food.

"Bay Vista Parramatta is a dessert lover’s paradise, offering a wide range of indulgent treats like ice creams, waffles, crepes, cakes, and more sweet dishes in a vibrant, modern setting. Located in the heart of Eat Street, it’s a great spot to hang out with friends or family, especially if you’re craving something sugary late at night. Their signature ice cream bowls and beautifully presented desserts are popular highlights. While the menu and ambiance are impressive, service can be a bit inconsistent during peak hours. Overall, it’s a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth looking for a unique dessert experience in Parramatta."

"It's such a vibe. This dessert bar and cafe will always bring you in a good mood. If you're not into a loud ambience, this place may not be for you. This place is both sweet and savoury, so you can grab something if you're feeling pekkish and finish off with something sweet. The portion sizes are decent and flavoursome. Our desserts weren't too size. They were just right. The pricing is higher than what you'd get at other places, but you get what you pay for. Ordering is at the counter, and your meal/dessert will be served to you within 10-15 minutes. There are toilets available upstairs. They are open till late. Fantastic place to top off a night out or just to chill."

The Best Restaurants And Bars In Parramatta 2023

It’s a sugary powerhouse like something out of a Roald Dahl novel with a menu running to 44 pages and filled with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkle-covered indulgence. It's very much a family-friendly vibe but if you can manage to get a table, it’s perfect for rounding off an evening. The Inca Gold and Africa Wild ice cream bowls are real showstoppers and our recommendation if you’re not worried about dropping into a food coma.
