"The place is quite new and the interior is nice. However the cuttlery and the plates feel quite cheap. Do not fit to the overall feel and the prices in this place. I would recommend to change the spoons that are served with the soup to a nicer ones, for example the Asian soup spoons made of porcelain like material.
The fish is fresh and tasty, the salmon servings in the rolls are quite generous ♥. The rice was undercooked and a bit chewy. Please take care of your sushi rice, it is the bases of the whole experience.
Definitely try the miso soup. The shittake mushrooms are very good, well seasoned. I loved the miso.
The salmon Tatar was a bit funky. Very heavily seasoned with onions and other spices. Makes you think why...why would you kill the original taste of the salmon? Is it made of the older pieces of the fish or what... I would not recommend it.
The staff was nice but quite slow. Had to wait to place an order for quite a while and in the end found the waiter myself..
The bathroom was too dirty in my opinion for this category of place. And the small of the chemicals from the bathroom was present in the main dining area.
