“Estaleiro” means “shipyard” in Portuguese and being a seafood restaurant, it seems appropriate. Many of the dishes are named for parts of a ship (kinda cute). They have a decent wine list at incredible prices (they have a full bar).
We ordered a grilled seafood platter that came with 3 lobster tails, squid, octopus, shrimp and fish. It was served with 2 side dishes (rice and mashed potatoes). The seafood was all prepared to perfection and there was more than enough food for 3 people.
The restaurant is located near the Ponta do Seixas, the easternmost point of the American continents which is a great reason to visit the area. I highly recommend this restaurant and I look forward to coming back again."
