Reviews Summary
Fogo de Chão is celebrated for its authentic Brazilian churrasco experience, featuring high-quality meats carved tableside and an impressive salad bar. Diners praise the attentive service, delicious food, and stunning views, making it a memorable dining occasion. However, some guests find the prices high for the offerings, and occasional service delays have been noted.
"Wow, what an experience!
One of my best dining experiences ever. First thing first -- the meat 🍖🥓 🥩 it is delicious 🤤!! Try everything brought to you, it's all so delicious, flavorful, and juicy. The Prime Rib especially is amazing and could not get enough of!
The accompanying buffet is also full of yummy food and it's worth sampling some of everything ( but remember the meat is the highlight ✨).
The service is also great, and the location is beautiful from inside to out. I enjoyed loitering after the meal on the back patio soaking in the view & wine.
Just a warning though -- servers waking around with alcoholic drinks (e.g. Port wine) are not included in the buffet price. However, they're very good and recommend trying them.
Highly recommend this place!"

"Great variety of meats that are presented.
Tasty, good time intervals between the servings.
Overall it was delicious. At the end the meat did get a little too salty for myself but add in some side dishes could have prevented that.
Would recommend for a good experience"

"Upscale restaurant to eat the traditional churrasco. The service is professional and the food is good. If you go, you better get the full experience menu. My wife does not eat red meat, and she got the chicken menu. Nobody brought her chicken. We had to beg for it twice and both times they brought the same cut."

The Best Rodizio/All-You-Can-Eat Restaurants In Rio De Janeiro
A restaurant inspired by authentic gaucho-style cooking, Fogo do Chão offers tender cuts of meat that are cooked in the Argentinian and Southern Brazilian style: slowly, and over smouldering wood embers or coals that yields a tender, soft meat in the end. Waiters glide through the restaurant with large skewers of meat, stopping at each table to present the offerings to the guests. The food is a relentless stream that relies on a simple card that each guest is given at the beginning; flip to the green side when you want to eat, swap to the red side when you want to take a break.
