What truly set this visit apart was the help of Sushi Master Alex. Despite the language barrier, Alex took the time to explain everything in English. His passion for sushi and dedication to his craft were evident, adding a special touch to our meal.
The food was, without a doubt, spectacular. Every dish was a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail, but the highlight for me was the Hirame Sashimi with lemon zest. It was a perfect balance of flavors, fresh and invigorating. Another favorite was the salmon in truffle oil, which was simply sublime. The delicate taste of the salmon paired with the luxurious truffle oil created an unforgettable dish that left a lasting impression.
