"The place offers one of the most delicious burgers in Sofia. Highly recommend it. The sizes are a bit small for the money but they are delicious and the service is very nice. The waiters are very polite and make you feel welcome. This is why I am not removing one star for the size.

Overall if you want to spoil yourself with a bit more expensive and very tasty meal - this is a very nice option. At least for locals. For tourists, it might not be that expensive rather normal price range. Enjoy!"

"As a tourist in Sofia with an obvious knee injury, I was in a difficult situation and desperately needed an accessible restroom. I couldn't walk much further, and the bandages on my leg made it clear.
I went to Boom Burger and explained my emergency, even offering to pay or buy something from the menu in order to use the restroom.
The staff working this afternoon responded with remarkable arrogance and refused my requests. They didn't even bother to suggest a nearby alternative and simply ignored me after the refusal.
This kind of service isn't just rude—it's utterly heartless and shows a complete lack of basic human decency. This experience left an extremely negative impression. It's a shame a place can be so inhospitable. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant."
