I am sad to report this review. I’ve always gone to J J’s for food and the service has always been so good. However, today, I ordered ahead of time and got three chicken strips with fries. This was the amount I received for $13.60. Not worth the money whatsoever. When I walked back in to the store I asked the manager if there was a “free refill” in the fries and she looked at me confused, and said “no, because then the server would have to bring it out, but nice try”. Super disappointed with today’s service."
