Reviews Summary

Northwinds Brewhouse & Kitchen generally receives praise for its delicious craft beers and innovative, locally sourced food, with standout items like the fish tacos and chicken wings. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff contribute to a positive dining experience. However, some reviews mention inconsistent food quality, particularly regarding salad portions and pizza crust, and a few have reported instances of poor service.

"Fish tacos were out of this world good. Fresh cut fries seasoned perfectly. Wings were substantial. Lexi was great. The whole place had an chill atmosphere. We loved the brewing on site. 10/10 would recommend. Bonus lots of sports on tvs and open kitchen."

"Omg, this place is amazing. A solid 5 stars!
We were in town, hungry, and just looking for a place with decent food, ended up here and were completely blown away. From the outside, it might look like just another old brewery, but trust me, it’s way more than that. They’ve got a full selection of beers. I went with my favorite, an amber lager, and it tasted great. My friends tried a few other kinds, and everyone was happy with their picks. Now let’s talk about the food. I think the pictures speak for themselves. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. I ordered the fish and chips and a pizza, and honestly, I didn’t expect that level of food from a brewery. The presentation was on point too. Our server was super friendly and helpful. I asked for hot sauce, and she brought out their house made sauce, it was really good. Only small downside was the pizza crust. It was a bit too thick for my taste. I know it’s supposed to be Detroit style, but I think it would’ve been better with a thinner, more flavorful crust. Still good, just a minor thing. Oh, and it seems like they specialize in pizza too, there’s a full section on the menu just for that. The washrooms were clean and well kept, and there are a few free parking spots right in front of the restaurant. Definitely recommend this place. Will be back for sure."

All their beers are made in house and I believe that if everyone consumed the beer pretzels, the world would be a happier place.
