One of my favorite spots in Fredericton is Claudine’s Eatery. This restaurant is owned and operated by a mother-daughter duo and has all the trappings of an amazing Fredericton restaurant that you’ll come to know and love. Claudine’s is a cozy restaurant with incredibly good, East Coast comfort food and an amazing atmosphere.

One of our absolute faves in town for a quick rendezvous with friends is Claudine’s Eatery. Recently revamped and relocated to Fredericton’s southside, the diner’s new look is fresh, fun and fab!. An absolute must for Eggs Benny lovers, they boast a variety of takes on the breakfast classic.

I found this gem by chance when attempting to find something good to eat along my trip through the maritimes. As I pulled into the parking lot I was hesitant to try this place. The parking lot doesn t have anything that would entice me stop.

Claudine’s Eatery is a family-owned restaurant known for its east coast comfort food. We headed here for brunch, and I couldn’t resist the lobster eggs benedict. Make sure to check out this local spot when you’re in Fredericton.

But Claudine’s Eatery was universally recommended for its lobster benedict and so I was curious. I booked a reservation for Friday at 10am and didn’t think I needed one but it was busy!. The lobster benedict was delicious.
