"Tiger Ramen is a casual and cozy Japanese ramen restaurant. I really wanted to love this place but a few things fell short: the tare (or salty mixture in ramen was floating on top and not mixed with the broth), there was cabbage as the veggie which didn't seem to suit the dish, and the egg was a soft boiled egg instead of a soy marinated ajitama. In the end, Tiger Ramen is a nice choice for ramen in Kamloops. I prefer the ramen in the Vancouver area but this hits the spot for a limited area."
