The Central Caesar is made with Central’s own blend of spices and Worcestershire, which makes it a unique take on the flavours you already love!. Last year for #NationalCaesarDay they made an epic Caesar fit for the celebrations: the Vietnam-aesar,(inspired by the flavours of the East) made with hoisin sauce and sriracha, and garnished with pickled carrot, fresh basil, daikon, crispy noodles and a prawn.

Central, a local Kelowna sports bar, is tucked away in the cultural district of Kelowna. During Centrals happy hour, you’ll find all your favourites; chips + dip, crispy chicken wings, truffle fries, and savings on select drinks. Grab a bite to eat and maybe even sneak in a game of 21 while you’re there.

Jared and Devon, enthusiastic restaurateurs with an Earl’s heritage, co-own Central. Their commitment to detail is evident in every area of their establishment. Since its inception, Central has been a neighbourhood favourite, recognized for its friendly service and delicious meals.

You’ll usually find a line up out the door at this small bar and restaurant attached on to the Central Sports Club. You can take in a game of floor hockey then grab a beer. Both food and drinks are included in happy hour and I cannot recommend the Mr Tea enough!!

This spot delivers an inviting vibe, with a lively atmosphere and a menu packed with creative options that impress every time. They’re great at accommodating gluten-free dairy-free!. I was able to get a burger with no cheese, butter, etc. and didn’t get sick.

Central Kitchen’s menu consists of four delicious chicken burgers to select from. The “Big Dill” Crispy Chicken, “Cherry Bomb” Crispy Chicken, Central’s “Korean” Crispy Chicken, and The Central Club, are all served in a soft brioche bun.

I was able to get a burger with no cheese, butter, etc. and didn’t get sick. However, that is the only thing on the menu that is gluten free (other than salad). My partner ordered fish tacos - they were drizzled with liquidy guacamole.
