Waterfront Wines Restaurant: A couple of the best meals I’ve ever had in the Okanagan were at this place. Mark Filatow, the executive chef and sommelier, rocks, and honestly, the cheese board alone is enough to convince me to return again.

Open from 5pm daily, Waterfront Wines is the perfect place to enjoy amazing food and delectable wines. Their menu is “approachable fine dining” that features over 20+ local purveyors, making this restaurant truly Farm to Table.

Waterfront Wines Restaurant and Bar has some commonalities with this year’s Gold medalist as its menu and ingredients also have a strong local influence. They also won Bronze in the Fine Dining category for the past two years.
