The presentation is amazing and ingredients are so well thought out and flavours are perfect. When you first sit down you are given homemade bread with butter which is to die for. The staff who took care of us were so welcoming and helpful. Ben is so knowledgeable with wines and how they pair with the food. Presenting each dish with every ingredient and taste. I loved this restaurant and will come back soon and bring our friends. What a great place . Thank you Trio for a great experience!"

"We hosted our 25 person private wedding reception at Trio and it was everything we hoped for. From the first conversation with Benoit, planning was easy and we were so excited about our menu options.
The food, as expected, was delicious and beautifully presented. The kitchen did an amazing job, especially with accommodating many different allergies. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and we were able to bring in our own decor and music. The service was outstanding, from canapés to dessert, with everyone going above and beyond. Benoit especially deserves a huge thank-you for his attention to detail and care he put into our day. Our guests are still talking about how special the night was. Thank you."
