The Snowflake is described as “the year-round darling” and well, I like darling so I ordered it. You really cannot beat the serene view of Lake Louise while sipping a cocktail at Walliser Stube.

We ate at The Walliser Stube, which is right inside Chateau Lake Louise. They specialize in Swiss-German influenced dishes and serve a variety of classic cheese fondues.

The Post Hotel and Spa is rated as the best restaurant in town on TripAdvisor, followed by the Walliser Stube at the Chateau Lake Louise.

The property has 5+ restaurants and bar and my favorite restaurants were the Lakeview Lounge and Walliser Stube for the truffle fondue!
