From the moment you enter the ambiance sets the tone for an evening of culinary excellence. The service is impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly.
The menu is a masterclass in creativity, showcasing both classic techniques and innovative twists. Each dish is beautifully presented and unique, with flavors that are rich, balanced, and thoughtfully crafted. Many of the ingredients grown and cared for on site that leave you wanting more. The signature dishes combine unexpected ingredients to create an explosion of flavours that linger long after the meal.

"Visited the restaurant today to celebrate my father in laws 50th, and we had an amazing experience. 👌🏼 My in laws have been here before, but it was our first time and all I have to say is the food was delicious, creative, full of flavour and savoury. The staff was friendly, helpful, and gave my father in law a complimentary birthday desert which was beautifully presented. The menu mixes traditional cooking with fresh ideas, using ingredients grown on site. Every dish looked great and tasted even better, loved the focaccia bread with house made cheese 😍. The unique flavor combos in their signature dishes really stood out. It’s definitely a place worth visiting. Can’t wait to visit in the summer time to try their patio and many other options on the menu."

"I went for a business meeting lunch. What a great experience. High-quality food made with care. Great service and very accommodating. Tenderloin was cooked perfectly. The steak sandwich (minus the bun at our request) was very flavorful and tender. The calamari appetizer was delicious, I highly recommend getting it.
Edit: Went back a few days later to have dinner. It was amazing! Such care and detail provided for our dining experience. We'll definitely be back!"

As someone who stops in at places that I take an interest in I definitely am glad I was finally able to, having driven through Campbelleville many times I could never find an opportunity to stop in at Risposta Bistro. Having had a celebratory 30th birthday dinner here, I can definitely tell you Risposta Bistro is 100% worth the stop especially if you have a love for an authentic Italian meal and quality atmosphere and service. I was blown away by all of the food, what’s pictured here is what I ordered and would definitely order it again the “Gluten Free Gnocchi w/ Tomato Pomodoro” along with the “Spaghetti Bolognese” my cousin ordered.
