The staff didn’t call out the orders, so customers had to find their drinks themselves among the crowd.

"visited this Starbucks around 3:30 PM and had a really frustrating experience. I placed a mobile order for three drinks, including a Cool Lime Refresher, which took over 28 minutes to be prepared — completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead.
There were only three employees working, and the store was packed with over 50 people inside. To make things worse, one staff member left for break in the middle of the rush. I also witnessed a staff member drop all the blender bottles on the floor and continue using them without sending them for cleaning — which is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.
When I asked about the delay, I was told that different chits (order slips) come out in different spots, which supposedly explained why two of my drinks were ready and the third — a simple refresher — was delayed. Still, this didn't make sense given the order was placed together. The staff seemed completely confused and overwhelmed, with no clear system in place, and their attitude reflected that — everyone looked miserable, disorganized, and stressed.
To top it off, I was told that getting an espresso shot would be faster than a cup of water. Not sure how that’s even possible, but it says a lot about how chaotic the operation was.
This visit really missed the mark on efficiency, cleanliness, and basic customer service. I hope this location takes a serious look at its workflow and staffing during peak hours."
