What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Foiegwa offers a stylish yet cozy dining experience with a creative French-American menu. Guests frequently praise the rich flavors, especially truffle dishes and brunch favorites like pancakes and Eggs Benedict. While service is generally attentive, some find portion sizes small for certain items, and occasional inconsistencies in food quality or temperature have been noted.
"Came to try their late night prix fixe menu and it was a great value for the money. Food is very rich and the portion is generous. Chocolate brownie has a coffee flavor to it and the texture is very interesting. The mocktail is amazing as well. It's a little bit heavy to finish everything due to the creamy and rich nature of the dishes but it's unbeatable for that price. The space is pretty packed but service is good."

"I loved the place, it’s beautifully decorated, and the service was excellent. A young woman with curly hair served us and she was very attentive. The food was delicious, and they have great vegetarian options. However, I was a bit disappointed with the orange juice. Being Brazilian, I’m used to fresh juice, and it seemed like the juice wasn’t fresh or might have been mixed with packaged juice. Other than that, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back"

"I got breakfast here on a Saturday morning around 1030. It was pretty full already but we got one of the last seats. It a nice brunch looking restaurant with a somewhat of a premium feel too it. A little short on space though. Tables a little too close together. I got chicken and waffles for $18. Food came pretty quick but i was immediately disappointed when it arrived. The portion size was too small. Three pieces of chicken, each on a quarter of a waffle. So only 3/4 of a waffle in total. I would have expected at last 1-2 waffles. Aside from the portion size everything tasted really good. Just wish there was more. My wife got something with two eggs for $12 and her portion size look good. So maybe just don’t get chicken and waffles."

Speaking of butcher, Foiegwa serves-up a delectable selection of meat: dishes like their boeuf bourguignon, their poached black cod, and their locally-sourced, organic fried chicken.
