"I am so impressed by this restaurant. They look out for their customers and make sure they are always happy. We had an individual being a bit too friendly and everyone in restaurant was on it. Making sure we were comfortable and felt safe. I was so surprised by how amazing the staff at this place was as I never had anyone look out for me or other customers like this. Thank you to the amazing staff here. You all are doing a fantastic service to everyone!!!"

"Crappy service. Food was lukewarm or cool. 7 people. Nachos cold. Size of nachos was great. But cold. Burger lukewarm. Shld bring out food when cooked instead of waiting for all 7 orders to be ready? We were so thirsty. Poor water refill. Short water glasses. Poor. Was not impressed with service. We.paid the bill and server asked if we WANTED MORE water. Yes...about 30 mins ago. NOT when we are leaving. Was NOT busy at all during lunch hour. POOR. Brewery District service is amazing. That is our go to but we were in Surrey and wanted to try it. We left a decent tip but did not want to. Sad that not all Browns offer level of service."

"Had the chicken alfredo bowel with garlic bread. It was luke warm and the portion on the smaller side being $30. Service was so so as well, isn't food supposed to be served hot and fresh to customers? Not the practice anymore in many restaurants. Browns is now on the list, probably won't be back."
