"Trio Restaurant inside the Simon Hotel in Sydney is an excellent choice for a memorable dining experience. My group and I recently visited for dinner, and we were all impressed with the combination of delicious food, modern ambiance, and outstanding service.

The decor of the restaurant is sleek and contemporary, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that feels special but still comfortable enough to enjoy a relaxed meal.

The service was a standout feature of the evening. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. One of our guests had specific dietary restrictions, and the restaurant was incredibly accommodating, making adjustments without any hesitation.

We all ordered the seafood Alfredo, and it was truly exceptional. The dish was generously loaded with seafood, including fish, mussels, and scallops, all of which were perfectly cooked and flavorful. The Alfredo sauce was rich and creamy, complementing the seafood beautifully. While I personally wished there had been a bit more pasta, the generous seafood portions more than made up for it.

By the end of the meal, we were all thoroughly satisfied and full, which speaks to both the quality and portion sizes. It was clear that every detail had been carefully considered to create an enjoyable dining experience."

"Lovely atmosphere and great ambience. The calamari wasn’t crunchy as we expected ( guess it’s just our preference), but the salmon was amazing. Lamp chop was tender and the mash potatoes were well made. A cosmopolitan audience as well and some good conversations with strangers. Would definitely visit again and recommend."

"Service was awesome! Super friendly Hostess and great servers all around! Food was stellar as well! I had the Seafood Stew and my Girlfriend got the lobster and both meals were amazing! The lobster was easily 2lbs too and only $42 🤯🤯
