I highly suggest purchasing the jamon (the pork leg). It is really the best meat in the world, as they told us.

"I came in with high expectations, and while there were some standout moments, the overall experience felt more "good" than "exceptional." The food was not mind blowing as I had hoped. I recognize the quality of ingredients and care in preparation, but the set menu on the day I visited just didn’t wow me.
Echoing recent reviews, the bluefin tuna belly and tomato dish was absolutely delicious, but most of the other courses felt just okay and pretty bland. The bread and butter, in particular, felt sad.. cold/room temperature almost stale bread with basic tasting butter. We ended up asking for salt.
It also felt a little odd that dessert wasn’t included in the menu, considering how premium the experience is positioned to be. That said, service was great. Philip was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The ambiance is charming and cozy, and the meal was paced over about four hours.
At the end of the day, Edulis is a good restaurant serving good food. But with the level of difficulty in securing a reservation and the price tag that comes with it, I walked away wishing I had been more impressed."
