"We had the tasting menu for 2 and it was our best meal we've had in Victoria. Beautiful plates, delicious food, great service. We also brought our 2 year old toddler and they had an amazing kids grilled cheese which he devoured. They also sped up the tasting menu for us given toddler attention span and were out of there in about an hour and 15 minutes. Overall, highly recommend Part and Parcel, and we'll be back soon!"

"The best restaurant in Victoria, in my opinion. Alway a creative flavour feast. We enjoyed the tasting menu for the first time the other night and it is truly world class. Astonishingly good.
My only critique is that the service is not great. Servers hang out at the bar and talk. Had to approach them first to place our order and then also to pay the bill. And they are generally aloof. Like they are just too comfortable to care. But, it’s a small complaint against the extraordinary creativity in the kitchen."

I’ve only had the pleasure of visiting Part & Parcel once so far, but it left a lasting impression. It’s the kind of place you want to spend many lingering lunches with a friend, a loved one, or a good book. Just far enough from the middle of downtown to be quieter but still convenient, it looks like a simple cafe with counter service upon walking in.

Part and Parcel describes itself as “handcraft cooking.” The little eatery is somewhat reminiscent of our Olive and Gourmando, but much less touristy. Owners Sterling, Grant and Anna are three of the most laid-back epicureans. Their restaurant also stays in that spirit.
My Eating Favourites in Victoria BC – Call Me a Food Lover…
Part & Parcel is a great option if you’re in Hillside or coming in from the ferry. I’ve only eaten in and taken out for lunch, but they’re open for dinner as well. I’m a huge fan of both their broccoli and fried chicken sandwiches.
