A whiff of La Scala with a sprinkling of The Sopranos, Il Cam plays the Italian vibe like a maestro. Pastas and breads are made in-house, and some offerings—like the veal cheek ragu and ricotta gnocchi topped with cremini mushrooms, kale gremolata and pangrattato—are made using Italian-imported oils and cheeses.
