"Every time we visit this place, it’s an exceptional experience. The food and drinks are consistently outstanding, and the Southern hospitality truly shines. The aged New York steak was absolutely astonishing.
What really set this visit apart was the service, it was on another level. We originally ordered our steak medium well, but it arrived without enough pink in the center. We informed our waitress, who promptly brought it to the manager’s attention. He personally came over and replaced the steak with a new cut, no questions asked.
To our surprise, when the bill arrived, the steak had been fully comped. That gesture spoke volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. You guys are amazing, thank you for going above and beyond!"
