"The seasonal selection of the ingredients was fantastic. What a way to showcase local cuisine in such an elevated fashion. Christian, our server, had an incredible attention to detail and took our experience to the next level. They even catered to one of our friend’s gluten-free needs in a way that did not detract from her experience at all. Chef Josiah’s ability to combine local flavors as well as plate at a Michelin Star level was brilliant. Chef stopped in at the end of the meal and spoke with us about the preparation of the food, the attention to detail we saw from him exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed every bit of this experience and cannot wait to come back once the grounds have expanded even further."

"One of my favorite experiences visiting PR last week. An intimate setting that feels like you're having an incredible meal at a good friend's finca. We sat outside and enjoyed the sounds of PR after a long beach day. We decided on the a la carte menu but next time we'll be doing the 5-course tasting menu as we saw others enjoying it and felt it would be a great experience.
The chef came out to introduce himself and we had the pleasure of meeting his wife who is Colombian, as are my partner and I. They were both so kind and genuine. I've been recommending Chef's Garden to everyone I talk to about my PR travels!"
