"This was the absolute best meal we had in St. Lucia after trying several resorts and several more local places. Make sure you call the day before for a reservation (the chef only buys enough food for the people with reservations). He is SUPER passionate about what he does and it’s just the chef and the people he is cooking for. The views are also unbeatable on the beach looking at the piton. You pick fish or vegan and the chef does the rest. MUST go while you are in St. Lucia."

"You basically pull up and get whatever he is serving that day. As he said, “No menu. Farm to table.” So if there is something you want him to cook you have to let him know ahead of time so he can secure the ingredients. I went with an open mind and honestly enjoyed not having to decide what to eat. The only choice I had to make was vegan or fish. The food was made with so much LOVE. You can taste it every bite. The colors and all the flavors. It was one of the best plates I had while in town. Absolutely delicious and I am so grateful for everything. Thank you !"

Centrally located in Soufriere Farmer’s Market, our last place on the best restaurants in St Lucia list, but by no means least, is Island Chef. This is the most unassuming restaurant – it looks like a food kiosk, but don’t be fooled. This is an epic waterfront dining spot that serves up 10/10 healthy St Lucian food.
Antisocial Tourist
This was one of our more unusual dining experiences, but we loved it. The location is right on the beach, but since it’s in the center of town, it doesn’t have the secluded, romantic feel of some other places. Instead, you’ll be surrounded by locals walking through town and chickens looking for scraps.

If you are looking for local cuisine right on the beach, Island Chef is your spot. Sadly, this place was closed the night we tried going there, but it truly seems like the Chef Speedo does a great job with his culinary skills.
