"Castillo Forestal is a great restaurant located in Parque Forestal Ruben Dario, surrounded by nature and decorated with nice wooden details. They have indoor and outdoor seating, plus a terrace on the second floor that can be used for private events.
I went for brunch and was very crowded. I ordered the Brunch Versailles, which was just what I needed. The food was nicely presented, served quickly, tasted great, and was reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. However, after finishing my meal, I felt a little abandoned by my waitress while waiting for the check, which took quite a while to arrive.
Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy good food in a peaceful setting. Just be prepared to wait a bit when it’s time to leave."
