"One of the best culinary experiences I had in Santiago. Really impressed by the atmosphere, the kind service and a smooth not annoying attention for a good service.

We had a really good mix of entries, I really loved the crispy rice ones, and for the main dish we enjoyed the asado se tira on Bao, there's so many flavors that makes the whole experience a lot of exciting moments .

Finally, we asked for a dessert for sharing and we chose a seasonal one called Matchamisu, and it was one of the best desserts I enjoyed in my life. So smooth, fresh and full of texture. I hope it stays for a long time so I can taste that again soon.

The cocktails were tasty and enjoyable, especially the Black Gin, which was a very good surprise for me."

Así es DonDoh, la primera parrilla niponsa en Chile y la versión local del restaurante peruano que tiene el sello de dos grandes de la cocina de Lima, Osaka y Osso Carnicería y Salumería. Se trata de un gran local en Nueva Costanera, de 900 metros cuadrados y con dos terrazas, una interior y otra que da hacia la calle, donde puedes probar la cocina a cargo de la chef colombiana Yeimi Montoya, ex jefa de cocina Osaka Bogotá y Chile, y donde el fuego es el protagonista.
