I may get criticized for putting La Piojera on my “best restaurants in Santiago” list, one, because it’s not really a restaurant and two, because it’s well… interesting– but the heck with it!. I bring all of my visitors to La Piojera because, in my opinion, it’s a must. I will say this though, if you scare easy, La Piojera might not be the place for you.
