"As rated, the restaurant's service and atmosphere were top-notch for the price range. But.

The menu included two nigiri sushi that were sincerely horrendous. The rice on them wasn't properly cooked, it was stodgy and too heavily pressed, it felt really gross to eat, like eating paste made of paper accompanied of the thinnest slice of salmon ever.

Sadly, it wasn't the only bad piece of food we had there.

The cold rolls were almost frozen, with no noticeable taste due to their ingredients being -too- cold, the rice was awful too (stodgy and paper paste-flavoured) and the hot rolls at least had better rice (maybe it got finally cooked on the frying processes at) but were pretty gross thanks to the fact that the flavor of the whole thing was dampened by the copious amounts of different sauces and the horrible ingredients they used. In one of the tori rolls we had, the chicken was too dry, and was too much % of the roll itself so it overpowered the flavor. I actually thought I was chewing on an old rug instead of Viñas' top-rated sushi."
