I was expecting more food for 12 courses, but each thing was either filled with some kind of foam, puffy pastry or sorbet, none of which is filling. The servers were amazing, but I’d expected more food for the price, honestly. The internet was extremely shotty and they had to restart it three times and each person kept trying to say someone else was in charge of the internet, which wasn’t very helpful, considering that the restaurant is actually underground and most had a weak signal at best. I would have hoped that there was a more filling menu, and that the internet worked without all the fuss. But again thank you to the many servers, who worked very hard and were so kind and spoke English very well."
