"Other than the small amount of wine per glass provided for the wine pairing, everything is good. Although it’s definitely an Italian fine dining, food is a fusion of Italian and French. I don’t mean this in a bad way. Dinner set menu has many interesting dishes and most of them are at least 1 Michelin Star worthy quality. It’s not often that 1 Michelin Star restaurant has most of the dishes that are 1 Michelin Star worthy but Estero is different. Some dishes could be 2 Michelin Stars worthy taste but it’s rare to have 3 Michelin Stars worthy dishes. Service and ambience is also excellent. Current 1 Michelin Star is well deserved and Estro can probably earn 2 Stars if the chef continues to refine and innovate the menu. However, to earn 3 Michelin Stars, chef and the rest of the team will have to work very hard for next few years to make this break through happen."

"Lovely new lunch spot in Central. Was excited to try Estro from the first sight of their interior design. Their attention to detail showed through each dish, from the Aperitivo to the appetizer to the main to the dessert, each dish was well curated in textures and balanced flavours.

The white asparagus appetizer flowed with a delscious sweet charred aroma when it arrived at our table. The white asparagus was fresh and paired perfectly with the kale and carbonara sauce.

The seabass was juicy with a crispy skin.

We also enjoyed their freshly made tagliolini ell pepper, tomato, capers, tuna tartare.

The dessert, we loved the pistachio gelato that was made inhouse. Very rich in pistachio with the perfect creamy texture.

The front of house service was very attentive, professional, and friendly.
