Reviews Summary

Tin Lung Heen is celebrated for its breathtaking views and high-altitude Cantonese dining, with many praising the signature Iberico char siu and delicate dim sum. While service is often described as impeccable and attentive, some diners have experienced inconsistencies, with a few finding the food to be overpriced or not meeting Michelin-star expectations.

"tin lung heen's dim sum is rly next level. i absolutely loved everything we ordered (see below) even tho i was still stuffed from days of overeating...

bbq pork buns (super light crispy bun, high quality char siew w stewed apples)
turbot cheong fun (another must order, never had cheong fun with fish before and it was amazing)
xo turnip cake (signature xo dried scallop/fish shreds really elevated the dish, slightly spicy)
siewmais w prawn and scallop - jumbo sized with huge prawns and scallop to match! personally preferred the prawn as prawn has a stronger flavour
chefs signature iberico char siew (needs 24 pre order) - melt in ur mouth tender!!!

the pu er tea was also really strong and aromatic, good to cut thru the grease

the views from the 103rd floor of the ritz were also simply breathtaking!!!"

Nic

"This is not a two Michelin star restaurant, and not even worth a recommendation.
It’s just a tourist spot with a nice view, but Hong Kong has plenty of good views.
Every dish we ordered was awful, like pre-made supermarket food.
The duck wasn’t even carved, just torn apart with a blunt knife.
We only tasted each dish and left most of it, and no one even asked if anything was wrong.
The service was terrible. Dirty plates were left on the table, no one refilled our water or tea.
Absolutely not recommended. There are many restaurants in Hong Kong with the same view and excellent food!"

Critic Gourmet

"Awesome and Awesome. I was blown away by the aura this restaurant has. The service and the elegance is totally amazing. We had the four course and the servings were fantastic. The staff were very professional and at the same time very elegant. They made sure we know what we are eating. Being the Michelin stars, everything is perfected to the core.must go with your date or to celebrate the precious moments of life."
