"Food:
We got one spicy section and one regular section for the hot pot. The other 2 sections were hot water to wash chopstick to avoid getting raw meat into your mouth. We got 9 platters of meat (7 lamb and 2 beef) with about 10 pieces on each plate. We also got the fortune bags which tasted like fish inside, we didn’t really like it but it looked good. There was a dipping sauce station for your meat with lots of sauces like xo sauce, chives, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, etc. They also gave us lettuce 🙃also ordered pull noodles.

Service:
Excellent service! When ordering pull noodles, a staff member came to our table and grabbed a very long piece of dough and split it and like twirled it and did tricks with it. Also gave teens and kids a piece to use as playdough. Also there is free nail care and nail painting. They could do cat’s eye and lots of sparkly colors and also regular colors, but you have to register right when you get into the restaurant so while you wait for your food you can get your nails done. Staff also refilled water many times for us. When we left, they gave us each a goody bag, with their delicious chip like snacks and everyone loved how good they tasted, and also gave us different flavored mints. There was also a vanilla soft serve ice cream machine that was complimentary! College students also get 40% off if they type in their student ID. Don’t know if it’s only for students in China or different places but you can try.

Atmosphere:
Very nice and lot of panda signs everywhere, spacious seats (couch seat) and barriers/walls separating the table you are eating at. If it was your birthday, a couple of the staff members sing happy birthday and give you and little gift with fun toys, and you can order some cake.

Overall this is a very nice hot pot place especially if you have kids lol 😆"

"You go here for the most enjoyable dining experience in China: all the staff here smile and speak to you softly. See the photo of the tables outside? That's the waiting area with free snacks and games. The ingredients are uniformly high quality, though Sichuan food lovers will rightly say the flavours are just above average. There's also a price premium for that experience they provide"

"Loved everything. Food was fantastic, much better than last time, which was satisfactary but couldn't beat this time. Service was heavenly. Servers would always offer to help you with anything. Yeah, only you. I've got 2 to 3 of them rushing to get everything just for me. I didn't even ask them for that. Insane service to say the least. Loved this place and people. Will definitely come back again."
