"I had a rather frustrating experience at Coco Bambu in Curitiba. The service was well below expectations: although the waiters were all around, it took a long time for them to notice our requests. We had to call multiple times just to place our order and to receive our food. On top of that, we ordered a Black Angus picanha cooked medium, but it arrived rare. When we asked for it to be corrected, it came back overcooked to the point of being tough and almost inedible. Given the price we paid, the quality was far from acceptable.
When we brought the issue to their attention, they said they couldn’t do anything about the food but offered us a dessert as compensation. However, when I went to pay the bill, the dessert had been added as a service charge. Overall, I cannot recommend this place."

As for the food, it surpassed my expectations. The menu offered a variety of dishes perfect for sharing, allowing us to indulge in a culinary adventure with friends.
What truly stood out was the reasonable pricing of the dishes. Despite the high quality of the venue, the prices were surprisingly affordable, making it an excellent value for the dining experience offered.
Although there were some language barriers with the staff, they were attentive and accommodating, and we managed to communicate effectively with the help of Google Translate. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience did not go unnoticed.
I highly recommend paying a visit to this gem of a restaurant."
