"Food is ok, but service is beyond terrible. Ordered to go, was told max of 40 minutes it took them exactly 72 minutes. Upon opening up the to go bag noticed it was missing the rice. Called the restaurant, nobody picked uo the call. The delivery service answered and bc ir couldn’t not assist provided me with manager’s cell number.
It took the manager 2 days to reply ofeerinf a desert. Well if I wanted a desert i would have ordered. After my decline it offered me a compensation of $20 for a dish costing over R$200. I declined explained the credit back should be accordingly to price of the dish. No reply for manager."
