During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying the "Mar y Selva" entree along with another dish featuring patacones. The "Mar y Selva" was an exquisite combination of land and sea, seamlessly marrying the delicate nuances of Japanese culinary techniques with the bold, earthy tastes of Colombian ingredients. The patacones dish was equally impressive, offering a delightful crunch that complemented the subtle flavors woven throughout the meal.
