"This is a great street food experience where you can see the arepas and carimañolas made fresh on the spot. The stall opens at 5pm and 10 minutes in, it started to get busy mainly with locals. We got the arepa with chicken and egg and the carimañolas (yuca fritters stuffed with meat and cheese) which were both delicious. Eat around the cart so you can try the different sauces/salsas with your food."

"Delicious street food from a friendly family business! Just inside the Plaza de San Diego you'll see the famous street cart which has been here for over 50 years. Line up with the locals still to try the carimañolas (fried cassava stuffed with meat and vegetables), empanadas. The sensational arepa de huevo is unlike any arepa I've ever tasted, stuffed with egg, meat, chorizo, and/or cheese. What a treat!"
