"We were returning customers from Campinas, SP and Memphis, USA (mine was first time!). For lunch, this place is a buffet-style restaurant and my 80 yo mom, my sister and me got spread out. My mom went to the restroom, I went in line to pickup food and my sister sit in the only available table waiting for my mom to come back so my sister could help her with her food. There was a note on the table that "reservation was forbidden". My sister did not understand the information because it was a vague message. Reservation over the phone, what kind of reservation, instead to write a clear message such as "If you have a party of two or more, do not keep the table for you. If you have people over 65 yo, please talk to management to request a table right away after serving in the buffet". It was the first time seeing this type of message ever and my family are globetrotter type, not shy for travelling or eating out. The manager or owner or employee came with no facial and told beyond rude, almost screaming in my sister's face that she could not hold the table. First, my sister told her to use a facial mask, keep distance, explain that my mom was in the restroom and would arrive soon. The employee bucked on her opinion up with very bad manners and just expelled my sister out of the restaurant. We had plans to stay for lunch and buy bakery goods. We can't recommend this place for tourists, right? Unless, the tourist knows someone in the town and can handle this better. Advice for this specific employee: if you had a bad day, please let somebody else to be on the floor and serve people."
