"The food was really nice but the service let us down.
We had been before a few years ago, and it was really nice, but this time, it was a letdown.
First the food, the main parts were nice the sushi I had was good my favourite was the rhyu(dragon) and the seabass was great as well always presented well. But the thing that was disappointing was the fried rice it was very undercooked to bad to eat so we sent it back and they didn't really acknowledge their mistake or apologise and didn't give us a new one either, this was a small problem but for the price you pay you would expect it to be perfect.
The staff also were a bit rude and didn't make the effort to smile or anything, and again, the price isn't matching up to the service.
The price has gone up since we had last been, the sushi was €42 and the seabass was €38, but the service and food had gone down, so I think they need to charge less and make the service better.
Also, the music inside didn't match the theme of the restaurant at all, and it was too loud.
Overall, the food is really good mostly, but the service and prices let it down."
