Reviews Summary
U Parlamentu is praised for its delicious and authentic traditional Czech cuisine, with many highlighting the crispy schnitzel and hearty goulash. Diners also appreciate the warm, inviting atmosphere and the friendly, attentive service, with some staff members receiving special mentions. While some find it to be on the pricier side for Prague, most agree the quality and experience are well worth it.
"We had an amazing dinner here and really enjoyed ourselves. Sitting outside allowed us to take in the beautiful weather, and the service was wonderful. We started with a round of beer and wine, along with the baked Brie topped with cranberry sauce—such a tasty choice. The Moravian roast pork was tender and juicy, served with potato dumplings and some of the best spinach I’ve ever tasted. The prices were quite reasonable for the area too. We’d definitely recommend this spot!"

"As you can see in the photos, the atmosphere of this restaurant is very warm, friendly, and inviting. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and if you need any help, they’re quick to assist with a smile.
The food here is focused on traditional Czech cuisine. We tried two local dishes (photos included), and they were absolutely delicious. The flavors were mild and not overly spiced, which makes them a great option even for those who prefer simpler or more classic tastes.
The local beers were also a highlight. We ordered two types of light beer, and both were refreshing and full of flavor.
As for the prices, they were very reasonable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant."

"Best to make reservations. I was dining solo and there is a bigger table for sharing. Service is good, people are friendly. Menu is multiple languages but would be best if there are photos since I’m unfamiliar with the food. I’m not sure how to describe the food, I would go with normal. I had the Moravian roast pork. I don’t find anything special about the taste. Then again since I’m unfamiliar with Czech cuisine I can’t truly comment and give it a verdict."

The Pork Schnitzel at U Parlamentu was so spectacular, it caused a chain reaction for Tiarra and me to order schnitzel at the next few subsequent traditional Czech restaurants. This pork schnitzel was fried to crispy perfection while staying super juicy. The crispy/juicy combo, as we would come to learn, is a hard attribute to find amongst other schnitzels in Prague.
