This is one of the world’s best restaurants 🌍 🇩🇰 @restaurant_geranium is where it all began for me, the place that made me fall in love with visiting the worlds best restaurants back in 2016. From the moment you enter, it’s a beautiful choreography, from the welcome to amuse-bouches so delicate you almost don’t dare touch them, like a tartlet with dill, aquavit, and oyster. Reviews Summary

Geranium is lauded for its artistic, plant-based tasting menus, impeccable service, and breathtaking views, solidifying its status as a world-class dining destination. While many praise the creative presentations and innovative flavors, some find the portions small for the price and occasionally encounter dishes that don't quite hit the mark.

"This restaurant is one of the reasons why I decided to visit Denmark. So, did it pay off? Definitely!! It's so far the best michelin experience yet.
First and foremost, I have to mention the impeccable plating and artistic flair demonstrated in each of the courses which made the show extraordinary. Despite the eye catching appearance, a few of the dishes didn't quite make the mark; for example the very first app with crispy algae was really good looking but not as impressive flavour wise.
Also, I've mentioned this in many of my reviews about how tired I am with restaurants thinking caviar and melted cheese is high end cuisine...I was literally rolling my eyes every time a similar dish appeared.
Really wanted to give it 4 stars, but few courses like the Scallop, whose texture was like chicken and that blew me away! I never enjoyed scallops, like ever...until today.
Amazing breads, oysters main and many more really lingered for a while on my tastebuds. Some notable mentions - one being "Todays harvest". It was definitely the best vegetarian dish I've ever had, and the dessert was the hallmark of the evening; it was the best tart of my life and serendipitously it had the "Geranium" flower glazing to it! Can't express into words how magical these offerings were. They were kind enough to offer seconds, but I was too full at this point!
Overall, I'm content with the experience and I might consider visiting again :)"

"The food here is absolutely delicious. It’s a 3-Michelin-star restaurant located inside a stadium. The atmosphere is open and airy, creating a relaxed and pleasant vibe. The staff are very polite and friendly from the moment you arrive.

The dishes mainly feature plant-based ingredients, vegetables, fruits, and fish. Each course is creatively composed, full of surprises in both presentation and flavor. The taste? Undeniably outstanding.

While dining, you can watch the chefs in an open kitchen carefully plating each dish, a performance in itself. The full experience lasts a little over three hours.

After the savory courses, the staff will take you on a short tour including exclusive areas such as the private rooms, wine cellar, and kitchen. The meal concludes with a dessert course and a lovely gift bag to take home."

Tarin Khumruangrit

"This dinner is on my top 10 favorite dinners. It was worth every penny :)
Book it :) they definitely deserve their 3 stars.
I really enjoyed every aspect of this dinner,I chose the juice pairings and each one went very well with each dish :)
Just a fantastic experience all around.
Plus the kitchen overlooks a soccer field, (get the tour of the restaurant) the wine cellar and private dining area
Just a stunner of a restaurant you have to see it!!!"

Football grounds and high-end dining don’t generally go hand in hand – but here, in Denmark’s national stadium, is a notable exception. Step out of the lift on the eighth floor and you find yourself in bright, light, Scandi-chic surroundings, where chef Rasmus Kofoed shows off the skills that have won him three Bocuse d’Or trophies, earned Geranium a place in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants ‘Best of the Best’ hall of fame, and made this one of just two restaurants in Denmark (the other is noma) to hold three Michelin stars. There’s no dithering about what to choose – you just go for the multi-course set menu (meat-free since 2022), and 'ooh' and 'ah' with every exquisitely plated dish of food that’s set before you.
