"I had the pleasure of visiting Bailee Restaurant in Sosua while celebrating my birthday, and it quickly became one of my favorite places to eat. I ended up going there three days in a row because the experience was that good. Each time I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The service was consistently excellent throughout my visits. The server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed. Whether I was there for lunch or dinner, the staff never missed a detail and made me feel like a valued guest every time.

The food was always fresh, flavorful, and came out in a timely manner. The portions were just right, and the quality stayed consistent during all three of my visits.Breakfast time was my favorite part of visiting bailee. On top of that, the restaurant was clean, relaxing, and had just the right vibe for a birthday getaway.

I also want to highlight the security staff, who were professional, respectful, and added to the overall comfort of the place. It's rare to find a spot that checks all the boxes—great food, great people, and a safe, enjoyable environment. I’ll definitely be returning to Bailee the next time I’m in Sosua!"

"Had a great meal here! The pepper steak with white rice was super tasty — the steak was nice and tender, the peppers added a great kick, and the sauce tied it all together perfectly with the rice soaking up all that flavor.

My girlfriend’s plate of pot stickers and cheese sticks was just as good — crispy, cheesy, and super satisfying. Great mix of flavors and textures."
