"We had the best time while at Francesca restaurant. We had time to chill and our table was reserved on time (they hold reservation till 1pm) once we started ordering we felt more than welcome and loved by the staff. The food was incredible.. highly recommend the lobster and the tuna tartar, but everything was delicious. HUGE THANKS AND SHOUT OUT to our waiter Joleisha!! Extremely lovely, caring and made us feel really special! I wish all the people in the Island was as outstanding as her! Thanks!! You totally made our day❤️❤️"

"Food was good compared to what you find on the island. We had to wait around 1h during lunchtime to get a table.
Food is fresh and is tasty! I recommend it for lunch. However as everywhere in San Andres the service has its flaws. We waited 1h for the main dishes after being seated as the waiters forgot about our food.
Overall I recommend and would come back"

In the San Luis area of the island, we ate at Donde Francesca, a very popular seafood shack sand-in-your-toes beach restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We enjoyed very cold beer and some lovely main dishes (from 46,000 COP or about US$13) including octopus in a mustard sauce and a fish and rice dish that was like a baked risotto. The crispy burned bits on the bottom of the pan were the very best part.

Nos lo recomendaron en Instagram y, tras plantearnos ir o no (es bastante carillo, no vamos a mentir), decidimos que un día es un día y que en precios “europeos” era barato jeje. Así que aquí fuimos, pedimos una cazuela de marisco (49.000$) y un pulpo a las 3 salsas (48.000$). Ambos platos muy ricos, pero en especial recomendamos la cazuela (también hay arroces que tenían muy buena pinta).
