"Yeah, nah - don’t bother. There are far too many restaurants in Cairo offering better food and service.
It’s a definite NO ‼️
That arancini was literally burnt."

"Came in at 11:15am, food arrived at around 12.
Two staff members. 3 other tables were occupied. I went up to ask for the menu, then later asked for his attention to take our order.
Ordered the lemon curd pancake, shakshuka eggs, and matcha latte. They didn't have matcha. I walked up to the counter multiple times since they didn't seem to pay much attention to our table.
Pros: location and atmosphere. The place is clean, well decorated with large windows.
Cons: serving time and food delivery took about an hour. The eggs were undercooked, the pancakes were dry, and the toast was stale and hard as a rock. We asked to exchange it. He brought another 2 pieces that were rotten (green spots/mold was visible). He brought another piece of bread to make it up, but by then we were done with the experience.
We left. I went up to the counter and asked to charge me only for the water. They charge 29 Egyptian pounds for a small bottle of water.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a supposedly upscale restaurant!
Will never step foot in there again. It's so sad that it has such great potential, but is left to the hands of employees who don't care much to see it succeed!"
