That explanation felt deeply disingenuous. If what you’re delivering doesn’t match what you promote, that’s not just a misunderstanding — it’s a serious issue with transparency. Instead of offering a proper resolution, the only compensation I was offered was 20% off my next order — essentially asking me to spend even more to fix their mistake.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this felt necessary. Be cautious when ordering online here — what you receive may not reflect what the quality or quantity you paid for."
