"Went there twice during the week of the 80th anniversary of D-Day. We were warmly welcomed on both occasions and were already regretting the fact we didn’t stay in a place closer to the restaurant. If we had we would’ve been there twice a day! Food is excellent.. And don’t forget to have a refreshing ice cream on a warm sunny day. My friends were surprised how good this place actually is. They were both put off by the pink exterior during their trips to Normandy with their better halves. Lesson learned: don’t judge a book by its cover."

"This restaurant was a rare find coming out of Saint-Mere-Eglise.
We found it on a Google search when we couldn't find an open restaurant that would fit us.
The place was easy to get to just a couple of kilometers off the freeway.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating to us, the lady that was helping us but good enough English to help us figure out what we wanted to eat and drink.
I had the steak with french fries, it also came with salad carrots in a baked potato. My wife had the spaghetti bolognese.
It was all delicious, we're coming back next year and this restaurant is on our to-do list"
